Spurring Exports In The New Norm Management and Integrity, Internal Audit and Strategic Planning 133 01 02 03 04 05 MATRADE PORTAL: PROMOTING MALAYSIAN EXPORTERS ONLINE Following developments of the digital era, MATRADE places great emphasis on providing an effective and efficient IT ecosystem to MATRADE staff and the business community in ensuring its smooth operation. Various efforts have been made towards this, including the use of MATRADE portal and MyExport application, the introduction of MATRADE Digital Project as well as the improvement of IT infrastructure. The www.matrade.gov.my portal remains the main channel for the Malaysian business community and importers to obtain trade related information on Malaysian products and services. With over 635,000 visitors and 4.8 million page views in 2020, MATRADE’s portal continues to be a prime digital medium to promote Malaysia's exports. Among the most visited pages on MATRADE’s portal are Malaysia Products/ Services Directory, Malaysian Brands, Beginner's Guide to Exporting, Malaysia Your Business Partner, and Malaysia's Trade Statistics. Malaysia Products/Services Directory remains the most popular with 141,302 visitors, an increase of 22% from 2019.
