Spurring Exports In The New Norm MATRADE Core Purpose 77 01 02 03 04 05 MATRADE works with international and local organisations through Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation for trade promotions as well as expand market access. In 2020, 41 MoU were signed by MATRADE which are still in force. Of these, 35 MoU involve international organisations, and six with Malaysian entities. The main objective of this is to promote Malaysian exports through cooperation during programmes such as Trade and Investment Missions (TIM), Export Acceleration Missions (EAM), business seminars and Trade 41MoUs were signed by MATRADE Fairs, dissemination of programme invitations, business matching sessions, participation in partnership programmes and placements of officers, production of interactive e-business platforms as well as participation as speakers in seminars and webinars.
