Spurring Exports In The New Norm Management and Integrity, Internal Audit and Strategic Planning 137 01 02 03 04 05 To enhance knowledge and skills of IT officers, a total of 16 training programmes were conducted involving areas such as ICT network management, systems development, database management and data analytics. A total of seven IT officers successfully obtained certifications for network management, network security and data analytics. IT services listed under MS ISO 9001: 2015 related to IT Management for Export Promotion Activities and IT System Complaint Handling have successfully maintained Zero Non-Conformity Report (NCR). This achievement indirectly assisted MATRADE in retaining its MS ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation. HEIGHTENING COMPETENCY AND NURTURING ICT CULTURE MS ISO 9001: 2015 COMPLIANCE ICT acculturation has also been implemented encompassing awareness and training activities to encourage MATRADE staff to utilise ICT. A total of 13 training exercises covering the use of application systems and data visualisation were organised and attended by 190 participants.
